Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the cost of the chosen plan.
You can test the Premium features for 7 days when you subscribe to a weekly plan. The subscription will automatically start at the end of the free trial if you don’t cancel it.
You may cancel the free trial at anytime. For a step by step guide, please follow this link: https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/7018481?co=GENIE.Platform%3DAndroid&hl=en. Obviously, you will not be charged at the end of the 3-day free trial if you cancel it.

CoachGuitar.com website & Google Play Store: Please reach out to us here for assistance. For yearly subscription purchases made through the coachguitar.com website or the Google Play Store, we are usually able to accommodate refund requests made within 30 days of your purchase. Gift card purchases are not eligible for a refund.

iTunes App Store: If you were charged for CoachGuitar by Apple iTunes after purchasing a subscription within the CoachGuitar app on an iPhone or iPad and would like a refund, you must contact Apple directly, as they do not provide us with the ability to process refunds. Only Apple can process refunds for purchases made through an Apple iTunes account. Apple handles all billing for in-app purchases made on iOS devices. Customers who subscribed to CoachGuitar through iTunes will need to reach out to Apple directly with any refund requests. They are typically able to honor all refund requests within 30 days of the purchase date (but it's at their discretion). You can contact iTunes Customer Support directly at https://getsupport.apple.com/ .
